Abstract

: Netflix adalah salah satu platform yang model canvasnya banyak di tiru oleh platform lain nya. Netflix sendiri adalah perusahaan yang berbasis streaming yang terletak di Los gatos, California, Amerika Serikat. Tahun 2018 Netflix studio yang paling banyak meraih nominasi di ajang Emmy dan memenangi 23 kategori untuk serial, termasuk GLOW, Godless, dan Queer Eye (Netflix Inc 2021). Strategi globalisasi Netflix yaitu tidak memasuki semua pasar sekaligus namun perlahan, terus belajar dan berkembang. Beradaptasi dengan budaya dan preferensi lokal untuk menarik pelanggan di seluruh dunia dalam penawaran kontennya (Brennan, L. 2018). Netflix meningkat pada tingkat ekuitas merek tercepat di antara 100 merek terukur teratas selama dua tahun terakhir (2012 hingga 2014) menurut Harris Poll EquiTrend Study 2014. Netflix mencetak gol Brand of the Year 2014 di bawah kategori Media-Video Streaming Subscription.
