Abstract
Era VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) menghadirkan tantangan signifikan bagi manajemen rumah sakit, terutama dalam hal merancang strategi yang tanggap terhadap perubahan cepat di sektor kesehatan. Rumah sakit dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi, melakukan inovasi, serta mengelola risiko dengan pendekatan yang lebih fleksibel dan responsif. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana prinsip-prinsip manajemen strategi diterapkan di rumah sakit dalam menghadapi tantangan di era VUCA. Pembahasan mencakup analisis lingkungan yang dinamis, pengambilan keputusan strategis yang cepat, serta implementasi strategi berbasis inovasi dan teknologi digital. Melalui adaptasi yang tepat, rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan tetap memberikan pelayanan berkualitas tinggi di tengah kondisi yang tidak pasti.
