Motivasi sebagai Jembatan: Menghubungkan Hard Skill dan Soft Skill dengan Kinerja Bendahara

Abstract

Kinerja bendahara merupakan faktor krusial dalam pengelolaan keuangan, terutama dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh hard skill dan soft skill terhadap kinerja bendahara, dengan motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan sistematis literatur, artikel ini menganalisis berbagai penelitian yang membahas hubungan antara keterampilan teknis (hard skills), keterampilan interpersonal (soft skills), dan kinerja dalam konteks pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hard skill yang kuat, seperti kemampuan analisis dan penguasaan perangkat lunak akuntansi, sangat penting bagi kinerja bendahara. Namun, soft skill, seperti komunikasi dan kemampuan beradaptasi, juga terbukti memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja. Motivasi, baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik, berfungsi sebagai jembatan yang menghubungkan kedua jenis keterampilan tersebut dengan kinerja bendahara. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi organisasi dalam merancang program pelatihan dan pengembangan untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan melalui penguatan keterampilan dan motivasi bendahara.
