Peran Mediasi dalam Mengatasi Konflik Rumah Tangga dan Dampaknya pada Pekerjaan

Abstract
Permasalahan rumah tangga berupa nusyuz dan kekerasan seringkali berpotensi merusak keharmonisan dan berujung pada perceraian jika tidak ditangani dengan tepat. Konflik yang tidak terselesaikan juga berdampak negatif terhadap kondisi psikologis individu yang kemudian menurunkan produktivitas dan stabilitas pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses mediasi keluarga sebagai upaya penyelesaian sengketa secara damai, dengan fokus pada peran tokoh agama dan mediator profesional. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai konsep teori resolusi konflik dan praktik mediasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa mediasi yang efektif mampu membangun komunikasi kembali, menyelesaikan masalah secara adil, dan mencegah perceraian. Penanganan konflik yang berhasil akan memulihkan kestabilan emosi, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan fokus dan kinerja individu di tempat kerja.
