Digitalisasi Sumber Daya Manusia sebagai Pendorong Efisiensi SDM dan Kepuasan Layanan di Organisasi Manufaktur

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak digitalisasi sumber daya manusia (SDM) terhadap efisiensi operasional SDM dan kepuasan karyawan terhadap layanan SDM di perusahaan manufaktur yang berlokasi di Sidoarjo. Digital HR, yang ditandai dengan penerapan sistem informasi SDM (HRIS), proses SDM otomatis, integrasi alur kerja digital, dan platform layanan mandiri karyawan, semakin menjadi komponen strategis dalam manajemen SDM modern. Sebanyak 100 karyawan berpartisipasi dalam survei ini, yang dipilih melalui sampling purposif untuk memastikan paparan yang memadai terhadap praktik digital HR. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur menggunakan skala Likert delapan poin dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi SDM secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional SDM, tercermin dalam peningkatan kecepatan proses, pengurangan biaya administratif, pengurangan pekerjaan manual, dan akurasi data yang lebih tinggi. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi secara positif mempengaruhi kepuasan karyawan terhadap layanan SDM, terutama dalam hal efisiensi layanan, akurasi proses SDM, dukungan SDM, kejelasan komunikasi, dan kemudahan akses. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa SDM digital berkontribusi secara bersamaan pada efisiensi internal dan pengalaman karyawan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa digitalisasi SDM memainkan peran strategis dalam memperkuat kinerja organisasi dan merekomendasikan agar perusahaan memprioritaskan integrasi digital dalam SDM untuk meningkatkan kualitas administratif dan layanan.
