Meningkatkan Literasi Kesehatan Mental Pada Mahasiswa Baru Program Studi Bimbingan Konseling Melalui Pemberian E-Modul

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan mental pada mahasiswa baru Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Tadulako melalui pemberian e-modul. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada tingginya tekanan akademik dan emosional yang dialami mahasiswa baru, serta pentingnya literasi kesehatan mental dalam membekali mereka menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent (Pretest-Posttest) Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 130 mahasiswa yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Intervensi diberikan dalam bentuk e-modul yang berisi materi tentang kesehatan mental, diikuti dengan sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner literasi kesehatan mental dengan 33 item pernyataan. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara tingkat literasi kesehatan mental sebelum dan sesudah pemberian e-modul. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa e-modul efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi kesehatan mental mahasiswa baru. E-modul terbukti menjadi media pembelajaran yang fleksibel, menarik, dan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman kesehatan mental mahasiswa secara mandiri. Penggunaan e-modul sebagai alternatif edukasi kesehatan mental di perguruan tinggi.
